Members of Congress:

On Wednesday, September 27, 2023, the offices of the Governor, Clerk of the State Senate, Clerk of the House, Secretary of State, Department of Justice, and the Clerk of the Supreme Court were served (hand delivery) with a NH Declaration of Status, a Declaration of Independence from the Corporation of the United States. This was signed and notarized by certain NH sovereign individuals in front of the NH State Capitol during an assembly of the people on Tuesday, September 26, 2023.

On Tuesday, October 3, 2023, all ten (10) NH County Sheriff Departments were given notice (either by hand delivery or certified mail return receipt) and on Friday, October 13, 2023, the NH Supreme Court Clerk as well as all NH eleven (11) Superior Court Clerks were given notice (either by hand delivery or certified mail return receipt) of the September assembly. Both notices also summarized the duties of sheriffs and clerks of the court, respectively, as outlined in Part II, Form of Government in the NH State Constitution.

Both the Sheriff and Clerk notice include the following references.

18 U.S. Code § 2382 (18 U.S. Code § 2382 - Misprision of treason | U.S. Code | US Law | LII / Legal Information Institute (cornell.edu)-” Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State, is guilty of misprision of treason and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than seven years, or both. On Monday, October 23, 2023, at the Derry, NH Trump rally, Belknap County Sheriff William Wright took the stage to endorse President Donald J. Trump for re-election, he noted President Trump as the only candidate who truly supports law enforcement. All other NH officials that have been noticed have either failed to respond to or acknowledge said notices.

COPIES OF ALL NOTICES HAVE BEEN GIVEN TO MAR-A-LAGO, THE NH NATIONAL GUARD AND THE NH SPACE FORCE STATION FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES.

Condoning Rigged Elections, Open Borders, Money Laundering, Drug trafficking and Manufacturing, Human Trafficking, or the sympathizing with known foreign and domestic enemies are all acts of treason against the Republic of the United States. Silence of any NH state official makes them complicit.

NH Whistleblower Michael Gill has the key to exposing all the cover up and treason, the money and drug laundering, the human trafficking, and many other acts. The hub of it all is NH. Michael Gill has the pandora papers. Michael Gill has the proof that links them all to acts of misprision of treason. Michael Gill must be heard in front of Congress immediately.

It is the duty of Congress to hold accountable any person(s) found to be guilty of Misprision of Treason (18 U.S. Code § 2382). On behalf of America please do your job.
