Regarding the 2.12.25 Hampton Beach Village District Meeting with some of the March candidates.

Thank you to HBVD Commissioners Rage, Buckley, and Ladd for hosting this candidate night. Although I am out of town and unable to attend, I did watch the candidates' portion of the meeting. Very informative about where some of the candidates are coming from.

It was also very informative to have the Hampton SAU 90 Superintendent Costa and School Finance Director Curtis there to explain the annual budget as well as contracts that will show up to be voted on this March election. As a 1992 Sacred Heart School graduate, I appreciated their explanation about the annual petitioned warrant article.

I urge all taxpayers to watch, especially the ones who may not have the time to attend or watch, an all-day Saturday, in February, Deliberative Session.

I will leave local voters with a few questions regarding some of the HBVD discussions;

1. Where is the factual evidence that prove all current state statutes are constitutional,

2. Who will fund the additional calls for the first responder service by HPD and HFD that may be necessary for the expansions of both the northbound and southbound liquor store developments?, and

3. Is volunteering for the seafood festival now a prerequisite to run for town office?
