Someone let Hampton's town planner know that I will still be voting "NO" ON #2 - #10 zoning articles at the March 11, 2025 town meeting.
Last time I checked the public still had the right to say "NO".
Perhaps Concord should leave local zoning ordinances and districts at the town and city level. State mandates driven by political ideologies usually end up hurting local sovereignty.
Also, the Hampton Zoning Board has never had a problem approving a variance, in the past. If it becomes an issue, vote them out locally.
PLEASE LET THE HAMPTON STATE REPRESENTATIVES KNOW.
