Update on Finch's in Lydenborough, NH.

NHDOJ has asked that the Hillsborough North County Superior Court Judge (a) reopen the Summary Judgement case against the Finch's, (b) find the Finch's in indirect Civil contempt, and (c) impose daily contempt "excessive" fines per day from the date on this order for each day that respondents remain "non-compliant" with the Summary Judgement (NHDES administrative) order.
