Keep in mind that most small towns do not have sewer and water, so the lots sizes need to be big enough to accommodate a septic and well. The first link tells all. They don't even hide the real purpose anymore, which is to attack SF zoning and eventually eradicate that choice. It's part of UN Agenda 2030. Originally, I was told it was to make it easier for planners to find zoning info. Should have known that a group purporting to be for 'ethics' really just has an agenda!
