The bipartisan threat to municipal sovereignty in New Hampshire.

Concord wants to take over local zoning, they have already succeeded in many ways.

1. An unelected Appeals Board

2. Invest NH omnibused into the state

budget

3. HOP grants

4. FEMA grants

5. ARPA grants

Hampton has accepted HOP grant money. Part of the contingencies is that we allow outside unelected parties to "update " local zoning laws.

Hampton has also accepted FEMA and ARPA dollars.

WHAT HAS YOUR NH CITY / TOWN DONE?

HB 1400 was passed and will take effect July 1, 2024.
