I, Regina M. Barnes am requesting public access, within 5 business days, to the governmental records reasonably described as follows:

1.  An electronic (excel) copy of the Town of Hampton Checklist updated to reflect the November 5, 2024, General Election.

2.  Copies of all ballot counting device tally tapes.

3.  Copy of all chain of custody labels used to secure ballot boxes.

4.  Total hand counts by race,

5.  Total new voter registrations from 1.1.24 - 11.4.24 using a photo ID.

6.  Total new voter registrations from 1.1.24 - 11.4.24 signed by Affidavit.

7.  Total same day voter registrations using a photo ID.

8.  Total same day voter registrations signed by Affidavit.

9.  Total ballots received.

10. Total absentee ballots sent out.

11, Total ballots used.

12. Total absentee ballots received back

14. A copy of the ballot chain of custody log.
