THE WORKFORCE HOUSING PUSH IN NEW HAMPSHIRE

The bipartisan threat

Question: How do we get more "workforce housing" that will come with created tax incentives, omnibused into the state budget (InvestNH), for the developers to build in Hampton?

Answer: Tax people out of their homes using inflated market value of the qualified sales during a two-year period. Tax longtime Hampton residents as if they had sold their home. People will be forced to leave and developers will have land to develop on.

It appears that the inflated market based on irresponsible government spending, which led to the demise of the dollar, justifies the ludicrously high assessed values tagged to some of these Hampton homes.

LIVE FREE IF YOU CAN PAY.

Taxpayers can thank the unelected bureaucrats and impotent legislatures we have in Concord.

Maybe it will change in 2025?
