UPHOLD YOUR OATH OF OFFICE IN HAMPTON, NH

A PUBLIC NOTICE TO ALL.

September 9, 2024, Barnes Public Comment, Hampton New Hampshire Board of Selectmen public meeting.

A request to the Board to uphold their oath of office regarding the following town items.

1.  Enforcement of ALL current town zoning ordinances.  Uphold your oath of office as this town's governing body and enforce the current residential zoning laws, as approved by town voters at 17R Barbour Road.

2.  The town revaluation process performed by MRI is flawed as it contradicts the NH state constitution

specifically Part II Article 6.   Please disregard any preliminary values for future property tax calculations as determined by the 2024 revaluation process.  These values are based strictly on sales and building permits in a 2-year period during which time the real estate market was highly inflated and irrational due to federal government overspending and created havoc.

3.  The unlawful (unauthorized) use of voting machines and electronic poll books.  There is still time to uphold your oath of office to the NH state constitution https://www.nh.gov/glance/constitution.htm, specifically Part II Article 32 and Part II Article 100 by discontinuing the use of all ballot counting devices and check-in electronic poll books in time for tomorrow's state primary.

Failure to comply with this request will be reassurance to the public that you continue to be in violation of your oaths of office taken on behalf of this town.

If there has not been an adequate response to this entire request by the deadline of five (5) business days (Monday, September 16, 2024), a formal complaint will be filed with the NH Attorney General's Office.
